Family Format: Dialogue and Conflict in Couples
On February 21 and 22, 2026, Formato Famiglia (Family Format) returns, the training course promoted by the New Families Movement at the International Citadella of Loppiano. The weekend, entitled “Dialogue and Conflict in Couples”, aims to provide some useful tools for growing together. With Lucia Coco, psycholgist and psychotherapist, and Umberto De Angelis, trainer.
What is Family Format?
It is a weekend of rest, relaxation, reflection, and recharging dedicated to families. It takes place in Loppiano (Incisa e Figline Valdarno – FI), the international town of the Focolare Movement nestled in the beautiful landscape of the Tuscan hills. Accompanied by a welcoming team of families and experts, participants have the opportunity to share, grow, discover themselves, examine their relationship as a couple, rest, and restart. The program includes:

- Sharing with other families
- Relaxation and leisure activities
- Parallel activities for teenagers and children
