Primo Maggio in Loppiano is an annual event that, since 1973, has brought young people together in the International City of the Focolare Movement to bear witness to commitment, fraternity, and hope. This year’s edition is dedicated to the theme of roots. Roots, discovering what unites us is the title chosen for the festival.

Because only by going back to our common roots can we truly meet each other: our peace cannot exist without that of others.

The event offers artistic experiences, workshops, music, entertainment, and moments of reflection in which each participant is invited to contribute by taking an active part in the collective journey. Participating means being part of an event that transforms confrontation, fragility, and common desires into concrete actions for fraternity.
